GardenOps
About

One consultant. Two expertises. One way of working.

GardenOps is led by Alexandre Garden, engineer trained at CentraleSupélec, freelance based in Paris. I work with startups, scale-ups and demanding SMEs.

The context

For several years I operated the infrastructure and internal tooling of growing SaaS products. What struck me: the gap between teams that confidently ship many times a day and teams stuck with manual processes and invisible technical debt.

Automation, engineering rigor and observability are not reserved for big tech teams. The same principles — version, test, measure, automate — apply equally to a Kubernetes cluster, a Notion workflow or a business AI assistant.

GardenOps was born from that conviction: bringing the discipline and restraint of the best platform teams into modern companies — for their infrastructure and for their AI automation alike.

How I work
  • Restraint

As little complexity as possible. No tool without proven value.

  • Readability

Code and decisions another engineer can pick up tomorrow morning.

  • Honesty

If an engagement doesn’t deliver clear value, I say so. If another path serves you better, I say that too.

  • Knowledge transfer

I leave behind more autonomous teams. Not a dependency.
